The night run
How every job goes down
- Walkthrough at close. We meet you at closing time, walk the property or the yard, and confirm the count and the quote on the spot.
- You lock up. We stage. Crew arrives after hours with water, power, and reclaim on board — we need nothing from your building.
- The wash. Hot water, commercial detergents, soft wash where surfaces demand it. Reclaim mats keep runoff out of the storm drain.
- Sunrise report. Before we leave you get timestamped photos of every section, texted to your phone. Walk in to a clean property, not a promise.
The Sunrise Guarantee
If any section isn't spotless when you open, flag it in the photo report and we re-wash it that night, free. Still not right? You don't pay for that section. Simple as that.

Straight answers
Where do you work?
Home base is McKinney. Night routes cover Frisco, Plano, Allen, Prosper, Celina, Richardson, Carrollton, and the rest of DFW. Fleets and dealer lots outside the loop — ask, the rigs travel.
Do you really need nothing from us overnight?
Correct. Rigs carry 500-gallon tanks, onboard heat, generators, and lighting. We need a gate code or a lockbox key and that's it. Water and power hookups are welcome but never required.
What about the water runoff?
We reclaim wash water with berms and vacuum recovery wherever runoff would reach a storm drain, per EPA and city rules. Dealer lots and fuel islands always get full reclaim.
Is overnight washing safe for dealer inventory?
Yes — two-step touchless chemistry with a spot-free final rinse, the same process transport companies use. No brushes touch retail inventory unless you ask for hand-dry, which is microfiber only.
Are these prices real?
They're the same numbers the crew quotes from. Big caveats (three-story soft wash over glass, heavy grease, years of buildup) get flagged at the walkthrough before anything is scheduled — the price you approve is the price you pay.
Who's behind Nighthawk?
The same family that runs Zip Zap Moving in McKinney — 5.0 stars, zero shortcuts. Nighthawk runs the same playbook: instant honest pricing, crews that show up, and work you can inspect.
